How can I get in contact with you?

How can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, as they are processed immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@shoptalalla.com with your order number. While it is unlikely that we will be able to update the details in time, we will do our best to help.

Where do you ship to and from?

We currently ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. We use DHL GoGreen or FedEx to deliver your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Inside the EU: Prices include VAT based on the delivery country

Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA): Prices exclude VAT

Within the European Union, you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
